To all of our Benchmark Automotive customers,
Due to the Covid -19 virus, we are working to reduce the foot traffic to our facility. This will help to stop the transmission of this virus in our community and within our facility. We are here for you and your immediate vehicle needs but ask that you help limit your “in person” visits. Please respect the following restrictions at our facility as we all try and do our part to limit exposure.
As of Tuesday March 17th we ask that the following restrictions be followed until further notice.
1) NO waiting appointments will be available, please make arrangements to drop off all vehicles.
2) Please contact us via e mail, text or phone. If we are closed and you need to drop off your vehicle, please use our “after hours” drop box as most of you are familiar with already.
3) If you are dropping off your vehicle during the day, please do not come into the office if at all possible. Honk your horn in front of our facility or call from our parking lot and we will come to you.
4) Please be prepared to pay for your vehicle via a credit card payment. We will enter all card transactions manually within our facility. Please be prepared to provide this information via phone, we accept all major credit cards.
5) Additionally, we ask that if you have any “cold or flu like symptoms”, And you have an appointment already, please do not worry about making your appointment, stay home and get better.
6) You can contact us as noted below to cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed. If you do not have an appointment and need to make an appointment but have a cold or flu symptoms as stated above; please call, e mail or text for an appointment.
We hope to do our part to help limit the spread of this virus and hope you will respect our restrictions for our staff and this community. We will do our best, in a timely manner to get your vehicle repaired and back to you as soon as possible. We believe by doing our part we will be able to keep our staff healthy allowing us to remain open for any immediate vehicle needs our community may have. We hope for you and your family to remain healthy and safe during this trying time.
